This is an ideal vocabulary resource that is best used to introduce winter themed units during speech-language therapy sessions, language arts lessons, or literacy centers. In this packet, you will receive 24 winter related vocabulary cards to elicit your students naming of associated terms. You will also receive an additional page with 6 blank vocabulary cards for the speech-language pathologist or teacher to write his or her own words to target other word associations.

This word associations activity also provides an opportunity to assess your students’ prior vocabulary knowledge and word finding skills related to the season of winter.
