Tamara Anderson, M.S., Ed.S., CCC-SLP is the primary consultant for Building Successful Lives Speech & Language Services. As the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of the pediatric speech/language pathology practice, her passion is improving the communication, language, and literacy skills of children and adolescents. Parents often have questions about their children’s development and communication skills. Parents may schedule a consultative session to gain valuable information and determine if their child needs a comprehensive speech, language, and literacy evaluation.
Additionally, consultative services and professional workshops are available for organizations, educators, public school districts, private schools, and charter schools with a desire to significantly improve these skills in young minds. Ms. Anderson provides guidance and practical steps for systems to promote learning gains and subsequent life success for all students.
Many speech-language pathologists also desire success tips to improve their work efficiency and implementation of best practices to maximize their client’s progress. Consultative services are available to speech-language pathologists based on their specific needs so that they can maximize the success of their pediatric clients and students. Ms. Anderson provides guidance on best practices success tips for novice and seasoned SLPs who need fresh ideas on how to enhance their success at work in the school, clinic, and early intervention settings with culturally and linguistically diverse clients. She has 18 years of expertise providing services for children with speech/language impairment and co-occurring specific learning disability, autism, ADHD, intellectual impairment, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, and orthopedic impairments. She understands the demands and rewards of providing speech/language therapy services in a variety of work settings. She is able to provide a holistic approach to promote the overall well-being of pediatric clients, students, families, and yourself as a speech/language pathologist.
