This is a complimentary resource for 2015 Better Hearing & Speech Month that is ideal for use by speech language pathologists or general education teachers. This progress monitoring tool can be used by the SLP or teacher to record students’ responses during Response to Intervention (RTI). The SLP can also use this tool with students already identified with a communication disorder. In this complimentary resource you will receive a progress monitoring form for “where questions.”

Children need to learn how to answer “wh” questions. Listening comprehension and verbal communication are critical skills for all children. Children at risk for speech-language disorders or learning disabilities often struggle with these skills.

The complete WH Questions Progress Monitoring tool is available for purchase and includes a total of 165 question probes to elicit students’ verbal responses (look under custom category for progress monitoring). It includes:
